Project Context
Split-level homes often combine multiple siding materials — like board-and-batten and stucco — which require different prep techniques and paint products to achieve a seamless, cohesive finish.
The Challenge
The board-and-batten siding upstairs had sections of damage and separation, while the stucco below showed cracking and staining. Both surfaces needed distinct repair approaches before painting could begin.
Scope
Full exterior repaint covering board-and-batten siding, stucco, trim, and entry areas.
Process
We repaired and replaced damaged siding sections, patched stucco cracks, masked and protected all hardscaping and landscaping, then applied a clean two-tone white and light gray finish across both surface types.
The Solution
By addressing each surface type separately — repairing siding before stucco patching — our crew delivered a seamless two-tone finish that unifies the home's mixed materials into one cohesive, modern look.
Result
The home now presents a crisp, fresh exterior with clean lines and a modern two-tone palette that highlights its architectural character.
