Project Context
Two-story multi-unit residential buildings need finishes that hold up to daily wear from tenants, weather exposure, and constant use of shared walkways and garages, while still giving the property a fresh, professional look that supports curb appeal and property value.
The Challenge
This property's stucco and trim showed years of sun fading, chipped paint, and worn garage doors. The job required full surface repair across multiple units while keeping walkways, parking, and tenant access open throughout the project.
Scope
Full exterior repaint covering stucco body, trim, fascia, and garage doors across the two-story structure, including all common areas and unit entries.
Process
We began with a full pressure wash, followed by scraping and patching damaged stucco, masking and protecting windows, doors, and landscaping, then applied a primer coat before finishing with two coats of exterior acrylic paint.
The Solution
JC Painting Works organized the job in stages — surface prep, repair, priming, and finishing — coordinating around tenant schedules to minimize disruption. We selected a soft gray body with deep navy trim and garage doors to modernize the building's look while keeping maintenance simple.
Result
The property now has a clean, cohesive, modern exterior that improves curb appeal and protects the building from the elements for years to come.
