Project Context
Interior repaints are one of the fastest ways to refresh a home. Clean walls, even ceilings and sharp trim lines change how every room looks and feels, and they add value before a sale, a rental or simply a new start.
The Challenge
Rooms with worn walls, uneven surfaces and vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting required careful sanding, protection of floors and fixtures, and clean cut-in lines along ceilings, doors and trim.
Scope
Surface sanding and drywall repair, primer, two finish coats on walls and ceilings, and painting of doors and trim throughout the main living areas, kitchen and hallways.
Process
Surfaces were sanded and repaired, then floors and fixtures were protected. A coat of primer was applied, followed by two finish coats on walls and ceilings. Doors and trim were finished last for sharp, clean lines.
The Solution
A complete coating system adapted to each room: proper preparation, primer and two even finish coats, with a light palette on walls and ceilings and dark doors and trim for contrast.
Result
Bright, uniform interiors with clean lines, smooth surfaces and a modern look throughout the home.
