Project Context
A commercial exterior is exposed to dirt, sun and weather every day, and a clean, uniform finish protects the property and presents it professionally to tenants and visitors.
The Challenge
Tall exterior walls with cracks, holes and multiple metal doors required careful surface preparation, protection of windows and entrances, and a coating system built to last.
Scope
Pressure washing of the entire building, crack and hole repair, one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint, plus sanding, priming and painting of the metal doors.
Process
The entire building was thoroughly pressure washed to remove dirt, dust and other surface contaminants. Cracks were repaired with elastomeric patching compound and holes were filled to prepare the surfaces. Windows and entrances were masked, then one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint were applied.
The Solution
A complete coating system: elastomeric crack repair, primer and two finish coats for a uniform appearance, plus metal doors that were sanded, primed and painted twice for a clean look and added protection.
Result
A uniform, professionally finished exterior with lasting protection for the walls and metal surfaces.
