Project Context
Wood siding that has been exposed to years of weather needs careful restoration before painting, otherwise new paint will fail early.
The Challenge
Peeling paint, cracking and bare wood in several areas required extensive scraping, sanding and priming.
Scope
Scraping, sanding, repairs, priming and two finish coats on siding, trim and doors.
Process
We removed all loose paint, sanded to a sound surface, spot-primed bare wood and then applied the new colors with brush and roller for a durable finish.
The Solution
A cream body with olive-green trim and door and teal lower siding that gives the home character.
Result
A completely renewed exterior, protected against the weather and full of curb appeal.
