Project Context
The exterior is the first thing people see. Sun, rain and time wear paint down, and a fresh, well-applied finish protects the siding and trim while restoring the home’s curb appeal.
The Challenge
Multiple levels, eaves, trim details and stone accents required careful masking, ladder work and a clean separation between siding, white trim and the entry door.
Scope
Preparation and protection of surrounding areas, painting of siding, trim, eaves, gutters, garage door and the front entry door.
Process
Surrounding areas were protected with drop cloths and masking. Surfaces were prepared and the siding was painted in two coats, followed by trim, eaves, gutters, garage door and the entry door with careful cut-in lines.
The Solution
A durable exterior finish built for weather: proper prep, quality exterior paint and a two-tone palette of warm tan and bright white with a brown door as the accent.
Result
A refreshed, uniform exterior with sharp trim lines and long-lasting protection for the siding.
